The Call Center Service Representative III (CSR) answers incoming requests via telephone, Internet, and/or correspondence from internal and external customers as the first tier of customer support. The CSR performs administrative activities in support of Human Resources functions.
To qualify for this opportunity candidates:
- US Citizenship is required
- Special tools training for various HR and Information Technology systems utilized.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Rate: $17/hour on W2
