Title: HR Assistant

Location: Irving, TX Duration: 12 months or longer

DESCRIPTION

The person in this role:

  • Facilitates the onboarding process for both new hires and career-initiated transfers.
  • Answers incoming inquiries via telephone and/or email correspondence from internal and external customers.
  • Performs a variety of administrative activities in support of Onboarding, Pre-Employment Investigation and other Human Resources functions.

QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for this opportunity candidates:

  • US Citizenship
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to abide by the assigned work schedule and work a variety of shifts to support business needs
  • Previous Human Resource experience
  • Previous experience interacting with customers in a call center/ service center environment a plus
  • Strong customer service, problem solving, and technology skill

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Pay Rate: $20/hour on W2
We pay weekly every Friday, have direct deposit, and offer a competitive benefits package: Medical, Dental Vision, 401k plan, etc.
