DESCRIPTION

Sr. Mixed-Signal Behavioral Modeling Engineer

Location: Baltimore/Linthicum, MD

Contract of 12 months or longer

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral modeling in support of chip-level verification of RFIC, Analog/Mixed-Signal integrated circuit designs.
  • Verilog-AMS Mixed-Signal Chip-Level verification and behavioral modeling, System Verilog, Cadence Analog and Digital design tools

 

Qualifications

  • Degree requirements: BSEE min, 12 years minimum experience
  • Experience in chip-to-chip behavioral modeling is desired.

 

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: Negotiable
