Human Resources Coordinator


APR Consulting. Inc. (APR) is looking for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator in the Diamond Bar area who will be performing a variety of specialized personnel and clerical functions under general supervision of the Human Resources Supervisor.

Position Purpose:

The position will be responsible for data entry, unemployment processing, wellness program coordination, filing, serving as an information source for employees, and a variety of other duties as assigned. The HR Coordinator will be performing these duties while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Desired Skills and Position Requirements:

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to organize workload and work independently
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely comfortable working with MS OFFICE and Outlook
  • Must have interpersonal skills and be able to work with others as a team
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times due to the high visibility of this position
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times due to the highly confidential and sensitive nature of the department
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in HR or related field preferred
  • BA / BS degree or higher in HR or related field preferred
