JOB DUTIES:
- Managing project closeout and activation processes.
- Monitoring General Contractors to ensure timely closeout uploads and other key documents.
- Monitoring internal teams to ensure timely reviews of closeouts and other documents.
- Ensure tasks are completed in the project tracking databases.
- Monitoring and driving Network Assurance to ensure timely activations.
- Driving resolution to any issues gating activation after construction complete.
- Managing data processes and ensuring timely completion of certain data by internal teams.
- Manage and issue services POs.
- Provide budget analyses to review project spending periodically per budget category to ensure we are not trending to overspend
- General reporting, monitoring tasks that, and ensuring that external providers are populating the project tracking database to our requested standards.
- Ensuring that project priority adjustments are updated in the databases weekly.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
- Four or more years of project management experience, preferably in wireless.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Products.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team in a fast changing environment with changing priorities and time constraints.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, and to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to review data and present findings.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree preferred
LOGISTICS:
- Full time position with start time between 7.30 and 8.30am Monday to Friday.
