DESCRIPTION

An energy and utilities client are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Admin Assistant who will support front desk activities at the Energy Education Center.
Location: Tulare, CA 93274
Position: Bilingual Spanish Admin Assistant Pay: $17.61/hr. on W2 Duration: 18 months or longer Shift: M-F 8-5, with some days being 9-6 or 7-4
Responsibilities:
  • Support front desk activities at the Energy Education Center Tulare
  • Ensures any visitors and customers are assisted upon arrival
  • Filter all communication from outside vendors and customers to internal employees either by phone, email, system, or verbally
  • Help people using a conference room with simple technology setup task in the rooms
  • Provide administrative class support to instructors and SCE team members hosting events
  • Assist with registration duties, including documenting attendance, following up with customers, etc.
  • Help coordinate schedule of events, including tours, onsite classes, meetings, etc.
  • Assist guests with check in at security kiosks
  • Support onsite COVID procedures, including testing, as directed by protocols as required by the company
  • Provide facilities support
  • Serve as the onsite point of contact for porter and other contract staff
  • Submit facilities work orders for any issues
  • Order materials and supplies
  • Organize supplies
  • Support the Tool Lending Library and Induction Lending Library
  • Work with leads to schedule tool pick-ups and drop-offs
  • Keep accurate loan records
  • Help with maintaining our inventory of tools and equipment; keeping them clean, organized, and ready for our customers.

  • Experience utilizing online software tools
  • Experience working in a customer service setting
