Our client is looking for a direct-hire Senior Financial Analyst who is highly motivated to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will support the development of the monthly forecast and annual plan, and provide data-driven analysis, insights, and recommendations to help grow and scale the business. The ideal candidate is eager to learn; can manage, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced work environment; has an intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic; and takes pride in his/her work.

Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)
Pay Rate: $120-150K

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain Excel models for the monthly forecast and annual plan.
  • Perform analysis of current and projected company performance including variance analysis to plan and prior year.
  • Provide analytical support and guidance on key marketing/CRM and distribution decisions using large and complex data sets.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs and prepare presentations to show key findings. Translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate across the company on various projects.
  • Ad hoc analysis, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MBA is required.
  • CPA is required.
  • Must have at least 10 years of experience.
  • Experience with one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms
  • Experience and proficiency with SAP S/4HANA.
