APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify an Talent Acquisition Manager
 
Location: Greensboro, NC 27401
Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Pay Rate: $56.67/hr
Duration: 26 weeks (will start at 6 months and could be extended up to 18 months)
Expected Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (08:00 – 17:00)
 
LOCATION: Will consider remote candidates ONLY residing in the below states:
Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia
 
REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of relevant Recruitment experience
  • Significant knowledge of full-cycle recruiting (e.g. sourcing for talent, designing and executing selection processes, screening strategy and behavioral interviewing)
  • Experience supervising, evaluating and mentoring Talent Acquisition Consultants/Recruiters
  • Ability to evaluate trends in recruitment and the job market to create and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to develop relationships based on trust, integrity and commitment with teammates, hiring leaders and stakeholders through frequent interaction and effective collaboration

 
PREFERRED:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources is preferred
  • 2+ years of healthcare Talent Acquisition experience is preferred
  • PHR/SPHR is preferred

 
Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
