Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control.
 
We are looking for a Customer Experience Telecom Project Manager who will join our high performing, highly visible, customer focused team.
 
Location: Remote
Position: Customer Experience Telecom Project Manager
Pay: $40-46/hr. on W2 depending on years of experience
Duration: 6 months or longer

Position Summary:
We are a diverse team who supports the online customer experience and are consistently working to enhance and simplify the digital platform!  We’re looking for you to bring the latest and greatest features to our customers. You’ll put your strong analytical and marketing skills to work by studying the latest trends, identify what features people want, where we can make enhancements and how we make the user experience the best one possible!  Your focus will be on web site support, products and features, and services that solve customer challenges. 

Responsibilities:

  • DIgital Marketing/Customer Experience support
  • Experience with metrics and how those metrics can drive decisions
  • Experience using G suite of tools.
  • Defining requirements and user stories and leading the team through design and development.
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Forging strong relationships across organizations
  • Tracking success metrics and communicating results to management.
  • Successfully work with cross functional teams and gain consensus for enhancements 

Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 or more years of work of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Design Thinking, project management, and/or program management.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, or digital marketing.
  • PMP certification or Scrum Master certification.
  • Analytics and data focus to use for shared marketing insights and recommendations. 
  • Managed complex projects with shifting priorities, demands, and stakeholders. Ideally, with cross-functional teams and agencies.
