SEIT SDA O&I/GMI I&T Engineer
Our DOD/Aerospace client is looking to fill an Advanced Systems Engineer position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing and deploying the state-of-the-art ground operational system.. To be considered, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or related plus a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Position: Sr. Advanced Software/Systems I&T Engineer
Contract: 12-24 months with possibility of going direct/permanent
Pay: $70-86/hour DOE
Telecommute: Hybrid
Overview:
As a systems/software I&T engineer for SDA O&I/GMI program, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing and deploying the state-of-the-art ground operational system.

- Satellite communications knowledge
- Ground to Satellite communication knowledge
- Ground operations experience
Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
- DevSecOps experience with some of the following platform/tools:
- AWS
- GitLab
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Jenkins
- Ansible
- Terraform
- CI/CD pipeline development
- Test automation
- Missile Warning/Missile Tracking system integration, test, operations experience
- Familiar with Agile philosophies and processes
