An electric utility client is looking for an HR Business Partner who will provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical analysis required to address onboarding and provisioning of ASP, T&D, Generation, and OE personnel.

Location: Pomona, CA 91767 (Hybrid)
Position: HR Business Partner
Pay Rate: $36.33/hr. on W2
Duration: 6 months or longer
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday, Tuesday, Friday (Remote), Wednesday and Thursday (PIV 2), 7:00 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This resource will provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical analysis required to address onboarding and provisioning of ASP, T&D, Generation, and OE personnel. Ensure adherence to compliance and access governance requirements.
  • Staffing, Onboarding and Provisioning for min of six months (backfilling two employee on leave)

QUALIFICATIONS:          

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Typically possesses two or more years experience in the field performing analysis or five or more years experience performing related functions requiring specialized training and education.
  • Strong Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with complex analysis with large data sets.
  • Previous onboarding and provisioning experience.
  • Strong customer/client focus including user experience.
