Location: Las Vegas, NV 89118
Position: VP Development real-estate casino gaming (Direct Hire)
Salary: $225K to $400K, plus bonus and RSUs.
Position Summary:
Our client and its affiliates, headquartered in Las Vegas, NV have developed and operate some of the most exciting, successful casinos across the World, becoming one of the leading casino & entertainment developers on the planet.
As the leader of the Development team, Sr. VP is responsible for comprehensive project management for new real estate development projects for our client including some of its affiliates, as well as for other construction projects at existing locations. This role will also lead the real estate development of any pursuit of a new casino project.
Depending on relevancy of skills and experience, salary range for role is $225,000.00 – $400,000.00 and a target bonus of 25-50%% of annual base compensation earned based on individual and company performance. Duties and Responsibilities – Functional
- Lead real estate related pre-development efforts for new gaming projects in the U.S. and internationally for our client
- Oversee development project executions, including design, construction and closeout.
- Manage relationships with architects, contractors and other consultants or stakeholders.
- Execute time, funds, quality and resources for projects.
- Maintain constant communication with executive management team contractors, architects and other stakeholders and consultants.
- Engage and partner with potential host communities where our client plans to develop Integrated resorts, including managing permitting and zoning process.
- Adhere to, interpret, support, and explain established company policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state, federal and other regulatory procedures.
- Must maintain the strictest confidence of all confidential and proprietary information disclosed by our client
- Drive our client team strategy and initiatives (e.g., annual Key Initiatives) and ensure regular updates to the property on progress of key initiatives and provide timeline for accomplishing these goals.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 8-10 years construction experience with proven success in project management, strategic oversight and business development and leading a development team. Ideal if prior experience was completing projects within an ongoing 24/7/365 operation.
