Position: Data Entry Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
Duration: 26 weeks
Expected Shift: 8am-4:30pm, 40 hrs/week
 
JOB SUMMARY
Onsite position.
 
• Contractors will be responsible for data entry into S2 Security badge access system.
• Clean up of profiles that are currently in our access control system. (Roughly 20,000 profiles total)
• Adding colleague photos to badging profiles
• Batching of badges for distribution to leaders in the organization
• Other duties as assigned
 
Required – HS Diploma; strong software skills – Microsoft Suite.
 
 
Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
