An electric utility client is looking for a Document Project Analyst who is responsible for reviewing & reconciling approximately 700 project folders.

Location: Rosemead, CA 91770 (HYBRID)
Position: Document Project Analyst
Pay Rate: $32.36/hr. on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Schedule: 8AM – 5PM. Hybrid: Two Onsite days on Mondays and Tuesdays

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review & reconcile approximately 700 project folders in
    • Buy America Project Tracker
    • SharePoint (Not Accurate; some projects & some docs exist but not all)
    • Shared Drive, and e-DMRM ensure e-DMRM stores final documents from SharePoint (match)
  • Ensure 1:1:1:1 relationship for doc repositories (1-4)
  • Use Buy America Project Tracker, SharePoint, and e-DMRM to ensure projects are in project tracker & all three repositories.
  • Ensure congruent folders in all repositories, differentiate between 'working docs' & 'final docs' (e-DMRM) & place appropriate docs in appropriate repositories
  • If a project is missing in Buy America Project Tracker, SharePoint, or e-DMRM, that project is to be added.

    Documents Integrity

    • e-DRMR folder will contain all “Final” Documents
    • Aligns to Buy America Project Tracker
    • Review suppliers contact information
    • Reach out to supplier with missing information to collect updates/missing contact information related to Supplier Profile/Master data
    • Populate so Vendor master can be updated for supplier mailings

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree is required.
    • 1-3 years’ experience in an analytical position utilizing database programs and spreadsheet software.
    • Microsoft Excel experience is required. Experience in VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables.
    • SharePoint online, PDF skills, Document review experience is required
    • Demonstrates working knowledge of 1 programming language, report production, and database structures.
    • Demonstrates the ability to read, write, and test code.
    • Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, analyzing and drawing conclusions on data and information.
    • Demonstrated experience in performing a variety of functions and handling programs, projects, and assignments.
    • Candidate must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
    • May assist (under general direction) with developing specifications from which programs will be written.
