Location: West Hollywood, CA 90048
Position: Clinical Document Improvement Specialist
Pay Rate: $50-$54/hr DOE
Duration: 13 weeks
Expected Shift: 8am-4:30pm, 40 hrs/week
JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities/Expectations To do concurrent reviews of all admissions, meet the target productivity of minimum 25 cases per day and minimum query rate of 25%
Department Details: CDI department review 3 facilities within the health system for CC/MCC capture, quality metrics, SOI/ROM mortalities and other quality initiatives as identified by the organization.
Years of Experience (minimum): 3 years CDI Experience, 5 years preferred.
Specialty: Registered Nurse/Foreign Medical Graduate (MD, MBBS, MBChB etc)
State License Required: Any US state if RN
Shift Time (On-site/hybrid/remote): 8:AM to 4:30PM PST. Remote/Hybrid
Daily Case Load: Approximately 25 cases per day
Skills Required: Experience Concurrent CDI specialist
Skills Preferred: DRG audit skill
Procedure Types: General Surgery, Spinal fusion, other orthopedic, trauma, bedside debridement etc
