Location: Orange, CA 92868
Position: Identity & Access Management Analyst I
Pay Rate: $23.92/hr
Duration: 13 Weeks
Expected Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (08:00 – 16:30)

Position Summary:

The Identity and Access Management Analyst I assists with managing Role-Based Access Controls privileges and entitlements associated with shared computer systems and networks that are otherwise managed by the Information Systems Department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates as directed with Human Resources, Academic Affairs, Medical Staff Services, and Hiring Managers to ensure accurate identity attributes are provided to facilitate the provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning of system and application access of assigned clinical and business applications. Works within Active Directory to create and manage security roles. Assists with periodic access reviews to ensure users are provisioned consistently with the principle of least privilege. Ensures that user(s) have only the access authorized by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise of Active Directory and Security group management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the use of Identity Lifecycle Management and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Demonstrated expertise in the use of Identity Lifecycle Management and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software used in the functional area.
  • Strong attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations.

 

At a minimum, a 7-year background check, education verification, employment verification, and drug screen will be conducted upon hire. Your suitability for employment is contingent upon successfully passing these required pre-employment screenings.
