An Electrical Engineer II position just opened up in Pasadena, CA at the JPL/NASA facility. In this role you will design test plans and procedures for flight electronics. You must at least four years of relevant experience and be a US Citizen.

Position: Electrical Engineer II
Pay Rate: $45/hour+ DOE
Duration: 12 months minimum
Work schedule: 9/80 1st Shift
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Design test plans and procedures for flight electronics:
For each functional block
- Review electronics functional block
- Review implementation of functional block
- Schematics and FPGA specs
- Write test plan
- Review test plan with Systems Engineering
- Write test procedure
- Write and execute python-based test scripts
- Participate in peer and developmental reviews
- Write functional block verification report
Requirements:
- Typically requires Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience
- Read electronic schematics
- Read FPGA specifications
- Experienced in Linux
- Experienced in Python
