Pay Rate: $68/hr on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer

APR Consulting is actively looking for an HR Reporting Analyst.
HR Reporting Analyst will work with Workday and will be responsible for all types of Workday reporting needs including creating reports, scheduling reports, creating calculated fields, creating dashboards, creating scorecards.
Additionally, the HR reporting analyst will be responsible for managing HR reporting tickets, program buildouts, government reporting, and ad hoc reporting needs
- BA/BS Degree Experience and experience working an HR Management Systems (Workday, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft).
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a continuous improvement mentality.
- Ability to work complex issues, attention to detail, process re-engineering.
- Ability to partner with multiple HR colleagues, partners and clients internationally.
- Experience in an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.
Compensation and Benefits
At a minimum, a 7-year background check, education verification, employment verification, and drug screen will be conducted upon hire. Your suitability for employment is contingent upon successfully passing these required pre-employment screenings.
