Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85258 Position: HRIS Analys Pay Rate: $37.33/hr. Duration: 60 weeks - possibility of conversion Expected Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (8AM – 5PM) - varied shifts
The HRIS Analyst will provide Human Resources system support to HR departmental staff and partners with all organizational teams. Acts as system administrator, security administrator, and assists with configuration, enhancements and maintenance. Develops ad-hoc reports and reporting dashboards. Provides system troubleshooting support, system training, and the
development of integration(s). Ensures system integrity and improves data analytics of HRIS system(s). ** Focus on development of HCM specific training**

REQUIREMENTS
- Workday experience REQUIRED
- Bachelors degree or 4 years of work related experience REQUIRED
- HRIS/HCM system experience REQUIRED
- UltiPro or Cognos experience PREFERRED
