Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control.
We are looking for a Telecom Contracts Manager who will accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs.
Location: Open to candidates in Basking Ridge NJ, Ashburn VA, Alpharetta GA, or Irving TX – hybrid
Position: Telecom Contracts Manager
Pay: $55-63/hr. on W2 depending on years of experience
Duration: 6 months or longer
Note: Onsite 1-2 days per week as requested
Responsibilities:
- Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs
- Draft, revise and edit contractual documents
- Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones
- Resolve contract compliance issues
- Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team
- Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies
- Review and interpret Sourcing and Corporate Policy requirements
- Take responsibility for consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks
Must Have Skills:
- Targeted years of experience: 7-10 years
