APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify a Customer Service Representative.
 
Location: 5855 Copley Drive San Diego, CA 92111
Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $ 22.63/hr.
Duration: 13 weeks
Expected Shift: Mon-Fri, (8:30am-5pm PST), ON-SITE

Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative's primary job function is to promote favorable relationships with members, providers, and health plans through the prompt, accurate and courteous resolution of issues including but not limited to the following: authorization processing, claim research, coordinating translation services, and Primary Care Provider changes.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma, GED or Equivalent
  • 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, medical group, health insurance or other RBO.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology to include ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and HCPC codes.
  • Computer skills include Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry systems.
