A healthcare client is looking for a Business Operations Analyst

Location: Pasadena, CA 91188
Position: Business Operations Analyst
Pay Rate: $28.83/hr
Duration: 9 months
Expected Shift: Day Shift, M-F 8am-5pm
Partially Remote, Quarterly In person staff meetings required. Rest of time should be remote

Job Summary

  • The role is a 50% admin support and 50% business analyst role Administration (Calendaring, Expenses, Meeting Set-Up) -Operations (People Management, Enablement, and Development) -Compliance (Training, Business Continuity, Performance Management)
  • Gathers requirements for reporting business metrics for an organization.
  • Analyzes business data and puts analysis into reports which indicate the performance of an organization.
  • Represents analysis outcomes in template reports and presentations.
  • Based on analysis, makes recommendations on improving or correcting metrics and operating performance.

Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have:

  • Working knowledge of policies, practices, and systems.
  • Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
  • General application of concepts and principles. – Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
  • Education: Required: High School Diploma, Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of relative work experience
  • Specific Systems Knowledge Required: MS Outlook and MS Teams
  • •Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: CISCO, Salesforce, PECOS, and PAVE

Top Three things Worker will be doing:

  • Completing Enrollment Applications
  • Case Management
  • Customer Service Calls

Additional Skills Preferred (Not Required)

  • Positive Attitude
  • Proactive and anticipates action items.
