An energy and utilities client is looking for a Billing and Invoicing Analyst who will process invoices following vendors' payment terms.
Location: Irwindale, CA (Hybrid)
Position: Billing and Invoicing Analyst
Pay: $35/hr. on W2
Duration: 18 months or longer
Schedule: 7 am to 3:30 pm – OT will be available
***Hybrid – 1 day a week – candidates should be flexible as they may be asked to come onsite for additional days***
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices following vendors' payment terms.
- POC for an assigned vendor.
- Provide analytical support.
- Analysis of invoices
- Ability to move through data sets
- Compare invoice with billing to confirm the correct amount is invoiced
Required Skills/Attributes:
- Associate's degree in a related field required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years of invoicing and billing experience.
- Ariba and SAP invoice experience.
- Excel and database mining skills.
- Strong communication, verbal, and written skills.
