FP&A Manager (Hybrid)

Locations: Alpharetta, GA or Knoxville, TN
Compensation: 115K-135K

Overview

Seeking a data-driven Commercial FP&A Manager to lead reporting, analysis, and financial strategy for a key business unit. This role partners with sales, operations, and finance leaders to improve profitability, strengthen commercial performance, and enhance decision-making. Includes leadership of one team member focused on pricing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Align commercial reporting with business unit priorities to support strategic decisions.

• Build financial models for new and existing business opportunities.

• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and functional cost reporting.

• Deliver clear presentations that communicate commercial performance insights.

• Lead margin analysis and challenge performance drivers.

• Serve as the primary finance partner for commercial strategies and incentive modeling.

• Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and analytics.

• Oversee pricing optimization, cost worksheets, and pricing governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred.

• Strong commercial analysis experience, ideally in manufacturing or consumer goods.

• Experience working in operational finance environments.

• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, LN).

• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

• Ability to work in large, complex organizational structures.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
