Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)
Compensation: $125-135k+
Big 4 Exp Required (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG)

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our onsite team in Alpharetta, GA. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will serve as a trusted finance partner supporting key business units across retail, e-commerce, and professional channels.

This role is ideal for someone with strong FP&A experience, exceptional modeling skills, and a background in Big 4 accounting or consulting. You’ll drive forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial insights that influence high-visibility decisions across the organization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus)

• 7+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience — retail, multi-channel, or consumer goods preferred

• Big 4 experience required (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG)

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, modeling)

• Experience with FP&A systems (Hyperion, Essbase, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar)

• Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, or similar data-manipulation tools is highly desirable

• Familiarity with relational databases

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
