Location: 271 17th Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30363
Position: HRIS Analyst

Pay Rate: $38.80/hour
Duration: 24 weeks with possibility of extension depending on the business needs
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Three (3) years of HRIS Analyst experience, with recent hands-on PeopleSoft HCM Experience
  • Strong analytical skills and database management are essential.
  • Strong in data integrity, reporting, and system support

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in healthcare preferred.
  • SQL or advanced data/reporting skills
  • Experience with system upgrades or enhancements
  • Exposure to integrations or data imports/exports

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative, customer-oriented solution provider with a consultative approach
  • Must be able to make independent decisions as well as work within a team environment
  • Excellent organization skills, detail orientation, and strong analytical skills
  • Skill in performing accurate data entry
  • Comfortable creating and using spreadsheets with formulas and pivot tables in Excel
  • Ability to understand process mapping and communicate definition of key process steps to customers
  • Knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS) as well as Human Resources as a discipline including various functions of recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and performance and how those areas rely on HRIS data

JOB PURPOSE:
Performs a variety of day-to-day Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, ensuring data
integrity and the accurate processing and reporting of HR data. Work independently under general
direction. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices. This position is the primary point of contact for all transactional issues and concerns from within the team, from employees, from managers, and from HRBPs at the various entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring accurate job, position, compensation, benefit, and payroll data for over 16,000
  • employees.
  • Respond to errors and processing adjustments by appropriately using correction level access to maintain
  • segregation of duties within the department.
  • Develop and maintain data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with other HR teams (Compensation, TAM, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) to
  • ensure proper outcomes for issue resolution.
  • Lead testing efforts for system updates and patches to ensure the system continues to work effectively and the
  • changes do not have downstream impacts on data.
  • Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures
  • information is available on a timely basis.
  • Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests.
  • Performs group data updates, exports, imports (knowledge of Excel to CI), clean-ups, and researches/reports on
  • any data discrepancies.
  • Conducts basic data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations,
  • and/or benefits data as needed.
  • Provide timely resolution to service requests.
  • Provide training to end users as required
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of the HRIS system and make enhancement recommendations in
  • line with business needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
