Position: Project Coordinator
Pay Rate: $29/hr
Duration: 13 weeks
Expected Shift: 40 hrs/week
8am to 4:30pm
Required:
* HSD/GED
* 3 years of administrative or strategic support experience
* Flu vaccinated (no exemptions/no declinations)
Preferred:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience in project coordination/management
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Supports the planning and execution of department programs and initiatives. Maintains relevant schedules and agendas, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and communication with management and/or stakeholders.
• Interfaces with other departments, staff, leaders and/or other partners in the administration of various programs. Provide coordination of applicable logistics or information as directed by leadership.
• Organizes and coordinates the development of all featured events, meetings and materials/collateral for programs. May actively represent the program and/or the organization.
• Promotes positive and collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Supports communication, education, training, onboarding, and mentorship efforts to enhance awareness, engagement, and the overall effectiveness of program initiatives.
• Creates reports for management in the evaluation of the program’s performance or day-to-day operations. Assist with documenting and tracking program/project compliance.
• Provides feedback to management and make recommendations regarding program/project operations and/or procedures.
• Supports the planning and execution of performance improvement (PI) projects.
• Supports data collection, analysis, and reporting to track internal and external quality metrics. Monitors program activities and contributes to performance reporting to evaluate progress and outcomes.
• Participate in policy review and coordination of policy updates across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices, process improvements, and organizational goals.
