We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician 2 to support our Facilities department in Oxnard. This vital role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects within a prestigious aerospace organization, helping deliver advanced products and technologies to the world.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Driver’s License
- US Citizenship is required for employment
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience constructing thermal chambers or similar structures
- Ability to be on call during critical project phases, such as start-up operations
Preferred Education and Experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace maintenance environment
- Familiarity with thermal chamber construction and operations
Other Requirements
- This position is onsite in Oxnard, requiring physical presence
- Availability to support occasional on-call duties during critical project phases
