A client providing Counseling Services is looking for an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate of Social Work (ASW).
 
Positions: AMFT and ASW
Pay Range: $30 per/hr.
Schedule: Part Time Hours – Able to make your own schedule based on patient availability.
Duration: Direct Hire Role
Location: Strongly Prefer Primarily Onsite – San Bernardino, CA 92408

Overview:
We are seeking highly qualified AMFT and ASW to provide patients with exceptional, trusted counseling services. You will play a crucial role in learning how to deliver counseling services to our clients and contribute to their overall well-being. The Associate Therapist will have weekly supervision & must be flexible in availability for supervision discussions with the owner of the company  (if hours are still needed for license). You will have the opportunity to learn from a very experienced LFMT who comes with over a decade of experience in various therapy. Possibility to obtain full-time hours, fully remote work, and pay change after obtaining LMFT or LCSW. Seeking individuals close to complete their licensing hours and/or scheduled to sit for their exams.

Skills:
Gaining experience in conducting therapy sessions, including assessment, intake, diagnosis, progress notes, treatment plans, and client goal creation.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records.
Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
If bi-lingual, leverage language skills to enhance client engagement and support.
  
Qualifications:
CA ASW or AMFT required – must be active and current.
Must be actively pursuing an LCSW or LMFT.
Must be close to meeting the hour requirement to sit for the exam (less than 750 hours).
Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment.
Well-developed listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans.
Strong verbal communication skills to counsel and advise patients.

About our Client: They counsel individuals, couples, and families.  They work with adults and children of all ages.  Individual issues such as anger management, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, co-dependency, etc. are addressed one-on-one.
