An electric utility client is looking for a Project Coordinator who is responsible for schedule management across multiple teams and disciplines, document management (develop, store, update), tracking attendance, training, and reporting statistics.

Location: Pomona, CA 91768 (HYBRID)
Position: Project Coordinator
Pay Rate: $32.36/hr. on W2
Duration: 18 months or longer
Schedule: 8AM – 5PM. Hybrid: Two Onsite days are TBD

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule Management across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Document Management (develop, store, update).
  • Tracking Attendance, Training, reporting statistics.
  • Support On-boarding / Off-boarding process.
  • Special projects as assigned by Advisors, Sr. Advisors, and Sr. Project Mangers.
  • Develop communications.
  • Validate program documentation based on quality standards.
  • Develop process and procedures.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with a cross-functional team of technical experts.
  • Coordination with Senior level management.
  • Provide support as needed to set up meetings, order food, order equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain an inventory of facility issues, report issues to the correct party and track resolution.
  • Will need to travel to multiple SCE locations (primarily Pomona, Irwindale and Rosemead).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Zero to Three years’ experience in an analytical position utilizing database programs and spreadsheet software.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, analyzing and drawing conclusions on data and information.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing a variety of functions and handling programs, projects, and assignments.
  • Candidate must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
  • May assist (under general direction) with developing specifications from which programs will be written.
  • Familiarity with the company’s work locations, policy, practices and procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve audio visual issues related to virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Expertise with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
  • Expertise with Vision or other process modeling.
  • Ability to create and maintain project plans, project status reports and executive summaries.
  • Ability to present complex information to a large audience at the appropriate level of detail.
