Position: Compensation Analyst
Pay Rate: $38.80/hr
Duration: 26 weeks
Expected Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hrs/week) 40 hours per week aren't guaranteed every week.
- This role could potentially convert to perm depending on business need.
- The manager needs candidates who are willing to accept 20-30 hours per week. Please let candidates know 40 hours per week aren't guaranteed every week.
POSITION SUMMARRY
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration and planning of the employee compensation program to ensure the most competitive and strategic compensation practices. Maintains collaboration and effective partnerships by providing analysis support to various stakeholders.
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The role will support an organization wide career architecture effort. This department works with different functional leaders/areas to review their current state and align to new structure (titling and leveling). This role will partner with a project lead and assist them with this org wide compensation restructure effort.
• Support job title and leveling meetings (combination of virtual and in person when needed).
• Strong excel and solid compensation background (at least 1+ years).
• Understand and can apply fundamentals of career/job architecture design.
• Work to relay information between the compensation team and other stakeholders as needed.
• Updating mapping files, compensation manuals, and other compensation documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1+ years of experience in HR Comp Analyst role (doesn't have to be healthcare). Candidates should have prior experience working as a Compensation Analyst.
- This role is supporting an HR project so the manager needs a candidate who can start and hit the ground running and not require heavy training.
- Candidate should have experience conducting analyses with large data sets in excel.
- Must have proficient excel experience analyzing data, data mapping, pivot tables, and exporting into excel from other internal programs.
