Position:  Supply Chain Data Specialist
Pay Rate: $36.66/hour
Duration: 3 months – high possibility of extension/long term
Expected Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (08:00 – 17:00)

 
Job Details
HonorHealth is urgently seeking a highly detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Specialist to support Workday stabilization efforts. This role is responsible for high-volume data entry, supply chain data maintenance, and system support. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in ERP systems, supply chain operations, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain data in ERP systems including item master, vendor master, and pricing tables
  • Ensure data standardization and accuracy for integration with EMR and other systems
  • Set up and manage EDI connections with vendors
  • Support supply chain analytics, decision-making, and reporting on vendor/item usage and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, and Value Analysis Teams
  • Assist with item conversions, contract data entry, and problem resolution
  • Provide ongoing data support and training as needed
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR minimum 4 years of related work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain or ERP environments
  • Experience with ERP systems (Workday, Lawson, etc.) preferred
  • Background in Accounts Payable or data management is a plus
  • Strong communication, accuracy, and analytical skills
     

Additional Information:
Role is expected to be 100% on-site at Hayden for the first 90 days
