Warehouse Inventory Coordinator
An electric utility client is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator. This is a fully onsite clerical role in field operations, supplying cranes company-wide.
Position: Warehouse Inventory Coordinator
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739
Pay Rate: $24.16/hr on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Schedule:1st shift, M-F, 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for supply & material ordering.
- Invoice Processing using Ariba.
- SAP data input from Invoice.
- Generate monthly reports using SAP to Excel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience with Ariba, SAP, MS Outlook and Excel.
- This is a clerical role but should be amenable to work in a trailer, as this is in field operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced Excel experience (formulas, VLOOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.,)
