Resource Deployment Manager Role (RDM)
Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control.
We are looking for a Resource Deployment Manager Role (RDM) to ensure that project resourcing is managed in order to assure timely delivery and must communicate to appropriate Project Managers resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines.
Location: Dallas TX – Hybrid (Highly preferred) / Remote
Position: Resource Deployment Manager Role (RDM)
Pay: $46.43/hr. on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Skills: 6-10 or more years of relevant work experience
Description:
- Understanding of Professional Services experience in consulting
- Experience in technical writing
- Resource management
- Project Staffing with suppliers
- Human Capital Management
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Business Analytics (Tableau, Smart sheet, automate tasks, analyze large dataset)
- Highly analytical and eye for detail and accuracy.
- Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) certification is not a mandatory requirement for this role; candidates with strong, relevant experience will also be considered.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The Resource Manager must also ensure that project resourcing is managed in order to assure timely delivery and must communicate to appropriate Project Managers resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines.
Logistics:
- This position can be primarily remote, with onsite work being on-demand rather than a set number of days per week. While candidates across the U.S. may be considered, there’s a preference for those located in Dallas.
