APR Consulting has been engaged to identify a Cook

Job Title: Cook
Location: Santa Barbara, CA 93105
Duration: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $23.92/hr
Shift: Day 4×8-Hour (05:00 – 13:00) – Part Time, 4 days a week 5am-1pm. Weekends Required

Job Summary
High volume meal production (3600-3800) within fast paced environments (multiple locations, on-site)

Required:

  • 1 year experience as a cook
  • CA food handlers card
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, knife handling, and sanitation guidelines
     

Preferred:

  • Hospitality or hospital experience
  • Certification in Culinary Arts or comparable training
  • ServSafe Certification
  • 2 years experience as a cook

Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
