Location: West Hollywood, CA 90048
Position: Administrative Coordinator
Pay Rate: $24.57
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift/Schedule: Day 5×8-Hour 08:00AM – 5:00PM – onsite
 

Years of Experience (minimum): 1-2 years of administrative experience; Candidates with GME and ACGME experience will be prioritized
 
Position Responsibilities/Expectations:
 
GME coordinator – Fellowship/residency
The GME coordinator provides administrative and operational support for fellowship training program and serves as a back up for residency program coordinator. This role is responsible for compliance tracking and communication with trainees and faculty. The coordinator assists to ensure that the programs are aligned with accreditation requirements and assists with evaluations, rotations, and documentations, and other GME activities.
 
 
Skills Required: Strong organizational skills, time management & prioritization, proficient in coordinating complex scheduling, proficient in Microsoft office, document sharing, (one drive), scheduling tools (teams), and quickly learn new systems. Strong communication skills, maintain professionalism and sensitive information, team collaboration is a must. Problem solving, project coordination experience.
 
Skills Preferred: GME and ACGME knowledge HIGHLY PREFERRED.TAGME certification preferred.
 
Equipment: Computers and video conference equipment for meetings
