Location: Hazelwood, MO 63042
Position: Equipment Repair Technician
Pay Rate: $21.34/hr
Duration: 27 weeks (Temp to hire)
Expected Shift:  Day 5×8-Hour (11:00 – 19:30)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the incoming equipment delivery, instruction, installation, repair, and removal and or reallocation of home medical, home infusion therapy or respiratory equipment.

DUTIES:

• Delivers, sets up, repairs, and retrieves durable home medical equipment (beds, nebulizers, air mattresses, patient lifts, concentrators, etc.)
• Ensures proper inventory, cleanliness, and safe operation of delivery vehicle.
• Provides training on home infusion supplies at the time of dropping off and installing.
• Completes patient and home assessments, providing proper paperwork and documentation.
• The facility has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.

REQUIREMENTS:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience required
• Class E Drivers License
• Automobile Liability Insurance
• Experience with medical equipment is required (installing and understanding functionality)
