Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control.

We are looking for a Site Acquisition Project Manager who will be driving complex projects and programs to achieve targeted and measured business goals and key objectives in support of the necessary Real Estate or Implementation activities required for project completion.

Location: Raleigh, NC 27603 – Hybrid
Position: Site Acquisition Project Manager
Pay: $52.64/hr. on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Hybrid in office Tues/Wed/Thurs

Responsibilities

  • Driving complex projects and programs to achieve targeted and measured business goals and key objectives in support of the necessary Real Estate or Implementation activities required for project completion.
  • Coordinating and scheduling resources across multiple organizations to align project requirements with business goals and objectives.
  • Identifying, monitoring, reporting and escalating project-related issues to achieve timely resolution.
  • Developing and implementing corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules and overall business objectives.
  • Utilizing project tracking tools such as Fuze SPM and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, corrective action plans, project jeopardies, and overall project completions.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with functional team members and direct management to ensure early identification of issues and the timely reporting of status.
  • Coordinate and lead regular project meetings to keep the team abreast of overall status, changes, risks and major milestones.
  • Escalate issues when necessary to keep schedules on-track.
  • Ensure project timelines are met.
  • Establishing contingency plans as needed throughout the duration of all projects.
  • Provide regular status reports to the Project team, Management and Directors for projects.
  • Coordinating Lessons Learned post-mortem discussions to document and improve efficiencies of similar projects going forward.
  • Developing new processes to improve employee and project efficiency.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • Associates degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Technical or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of PC and software applications including Windows and MS Office.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PMP certification.
  • Knowledge of RAN Real Estate and Implementation
  • Extensive knowledge in FUZE SPM or other Project Management toolsets.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for inter-organizational communications.
  • Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion.
  • Experience making independent decisions based on policies, practices and project requirements.
