Compensation: $134,000–$200,000

Atlanta, GA – Hybrid of 3 Days in Office

Overview

The Director of FP&A leads financial oversight for growth performance across the Americas region. This role delivers clear insights on signings, pipeline health, openings, removals, and net system size growth, supporting data-driven decisions that drive profitable expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly Growth reporting and termination tracking with strong data governance.

  • Manage all Growth reporting cycles: QBRs, forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning.

  • Oversee pipeline health reporting, including applications, conversion, and execution risk.

  • Drive market-share reporting and competitive analysis across signings, openings, and removals.

  • Prepare executive and investor-level materials with clear performance narratives.

  • Synthesize complex trends into concise insights for senior leadership.

  • Analyze key growth drivers: signings, terminations, openings/removals, and system size changes.

  • Oversee capital deployment analytics and performance implications.

  • Improve reporting processes, KPIs, and analytical frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

  • 8–10 years of progressive finance experience in hospitality or related industries.

  • Experience in operations or franchising strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

  • Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term business stewardship.
