APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify an Administrative Specialist/Document Control Specialist

Job Title: Administrative Specialist
Location: Orange, CA 92868
Pay Rate: $30.33/hr
Duration: 6-Month Contract

Candidates will be required to complete a data accuracy or data matching assessment as part of the interview process

Position Overview
This role will support administrative operations by organizing, managing, and maintaining large volumes of data and files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
The ideal candidate is comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume tasks while maintaining a high level of precision. This position requires someone who can think critically, identify patterns, and create well-structured files with consistent naming conventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and manage large volumes of data and files
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of information
  • Create and implement standardized file naming conventions and organizational systems
  • Review and validate data for discrepancies or errors
  • Perform high-volume, repetitive administrative and data-related tasks
  • Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved data organization
  • Support general administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative, data entry, or data management roles
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency
  • Excellent organizational and file management skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling high-volume data processing or document management
  • Familiarity with data validation, data matching, or quality assurance processes
