Job Title: Project Coordinator


Overview:
Join a leading electric utility company as a Project Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect and reconnect work. This onsite position in San Dimas, CA offers an exciting opportunity to support essential energy infrastructure projects. You will manage scheduling systems, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory timelines, contributing directly to the company’s mission of sustainable energy delivery.


Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations functions
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow established procedures
  • Proficiency with basic computer and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with effective follow-through across multiple stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Associate degree or coursework in business, operations, or related fields
  • Prior experience supporting utility or energy infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of CPUC timelines and compliance standards
  • Ability to travel occasionally to service centers in Monrovia and Ontario

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or pertinent coursework is preferred
  • Previous experience in utility or project coordination roles is advantageous
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Willingness to travel to other service centers as needed
  • Ability to support project documentation and maintain detailed records
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
