Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security and control.

We are looking for a Telecom Provisioning Coordinator to oversee the complete flow of all Installs, MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete), and Disconnects specifically for the USPS account.

Location: Irving, TX 75038 – Hybrid
Position: Telecom Provisioning Coordinator
Pay: $31.86/hr. on W2
Duration: 10 months or longer

Targeted Years of Experience: 0-3 years

Key Responsibilities
Order Lifecycle & Flow Management

• Monitor and Track: Oversee the complete flow of all Installs, MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete), and Disconnects specifically for the USPS account.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks or errors in the order process. Collaborate directly with cross-functional client’s teams to resolve issues and ensure orders progress through the system without delay.
• Migration Support: Maintain all tracking and management duties throughout the USPS migration project, ensuring a seamless transition of services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Telecom Proficiency: Strong understanding of telecommunications order types, specifically Installs, MACDs, and Disconnects.
• Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage high-volume order queues with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal engineering/provisioning teams and external client stakeholders.
