Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security and control.

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager (IMC) who will assist with the design of the marketing strategies, process and plans relative to launches, campaigns, promotions and products.

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 – Hybrid
Position: Marketing Communications Manager (IMC)
Pay: $46.43/hr. on W2

Duration: 7 months or longer
Hybrid Schedule: 2- 3 days onsite

Description:
The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) organization is responsible for leading all integrated marketing programs across the CMO and the client’s Business Group. The role will assist with the design of the marketing strategies, process and plans relative to launches, campaigns, promotions and products. The role provides internal communication of campaign progress to all stakeholders, agency briefings, GTM kickoff and ensures flawless execution.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Collaborate with segment or product marketing leads to define campaign objectives, establish baseline brief.
  • Partner with internal teams (creative, media, dotcom, agency, research, go to market, PR, events, legal, etc.) to refine campaign needs and finalize briefing needs.
  • Assist with the development of strategic briefs for multiple products and lines of business, targeting multiple audiences – from working team to executive level overviews.
  • Ensure all projects are aligned with established strategy and keep team members supplied with the information they need to deliver work that is on strategy and on deadline.
  • Manage timelines and have your finger on the pulse of all program details so you are the one person who knows the status of any deliverable at a given point in time.
  • Deep understanding of emerging business trends, technologies, business intelligence and competitive threats to share back with the business and ensure strategy is aligned. Partner with the Insights team to fill knowledge gaps in the briefs, where they exist.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or 5 or more years of work experience.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or 5 or more years of work experience.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Translate market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools, such as marketing briefs, for the core marketing teams and agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
  • Agency or consultant experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be a team player and able to work well with large and varied teams.
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills (details matter…spelling, clarity, ensuring that information is accurate, etc.).

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
  • B2B Marketing experience.
  • Developing promotional campaigns.
  • Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers. – Using AI productivity tools (esp within Google environment, such as Gemini or Notebook LM).
  • Familiarity with GEO/SEO is a plus.
  • Presenting findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
  • Analyzing what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
